Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping (Malaysia): 3–5 business days.

• Express Shipping (Malaysia): 1–2 business days.

Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping is RM8 (free for orders above RM99).

• Express shipping is RM15.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s journey.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. Stay tuned as we expand our shipping options!

Delayed or Lost Packages
